Here are some photos I took of a red Leg GT Ltd after a test drive. No comments about focus, etc, please... I'm still getting used to my camera. :)

Edit: I am updating the images to be attachments on this forum instead of hosting them at another site.

edit: more exterior photos (interior photos coming later).

The first shot is the underside of the hood scoop. Looks kinda weird. Any technical explanation of why it looks quite like that??? Especially the little grille part on the left side.

edit: last of the exterior shots (does the inside of the trunk count as "exterior"? :lol)

Wow, thanks for all the photos! It really helps those of us who are trying to plan ahead to do some custom modifications! :D

Oooh I also just noticed the last pictures you posted. Can anyone tell by looking at that picture what size speakers are on the rear door? Also, if anyone has a chance, could you take a picture of the rear deck on the sedan? That would be great, thanks!

Here are some LL Bean interior photos, too:

Oh yeah I am so happy I'm getting the red. :D Hm, the trunk looks to be of a pretty good size..

I was going to say, that looks like Franz's car! :D Or to be. ;)

Great pics! Thanks!

Wow, great pics! I am still a bit dissapointed in the UDSM red (I'm not a big fan of pearl in red paints) but it does looks better than some of the other pictures make it out to be. It's brighter than the Sedona Red that was offered on 02-03 WRXs, and really looks amazing in the sunlight.

Thanks for making my descion harder!

Don't get the red then. :P

Hmm... the red in this thread looks decent. I'll have to see it in person, but I'd probably hedge away from it due to it being a cop magnet.

That was my logic. Red= too much attention from the po-leece.

At least the Legacy will come with floormats unlike a certain other car that recently was introduced into this country by Subaru a little over a year ago.

Like I said...it doesn't look to bad. Reminds me of the Toyota Highlander's Red Pearl (which I like)!

This is my best guess.

As an air pathway is shrunken, air pressure increases. This pressure will force more air across the front of the intercooler. Subaru may be using this for an equal flow in place of a splitter, allowing for a more square profile, and allowing for a shorter(read less power loss) path for the pressurized intake.

Just a guess.

The pics work for me... what are you guys seeing? I'll probably be working on moving them over to this site soon.

The white cube you asked about is the container that the rear center shoulder belt spool is contained in.

They work now. The "thanks for stealing our bandwidth" pic was showing when I posted. Weird... :?

Hmmm... maybe they only show up during the day/ highbandwidth usage times?. I logged on from work and finally saw the "thanks for stealing our bandwidth" pics. What's up with that? I thought their site was FOR posting pictures on the web?

I'll try and get them all updated tonight (Lord willing).

Ouch, look what they replaced the missing images with! Does the site have to sign up for we-todd-racing to get the free image posting service?

I was looking for the height of the center cubby. Anyone have that measurement?

The height is about 2.5"... no pic... sorry.

I've updated the images to be attachments from this site instead of hosting them else where.

The red looks pretty nice but think I will be sticking to the silver as easier to keep clean although, red does go faster.....

The scoop on the inside being alum is strange as I think the JDM version is all plastic and surely that would save weight too. The side grill Im not so sure about unless they have altered the WRX internal scoop to match, thus saving on R&D costs. Only a suggestion.....

Drift Monkey

The splitter on the insider IS plastic. I'm not sure how you came to the conclusion that it's aluminum.

Oh, and red IS fastAr. :P

The grille to the right of the hood scope was used to cool the turbo in the WRX supposedly. Now that there's a plastic cover there, I really don't see the point.

Weight reduction??

BTW I cringe everytime I see your tape measure. I have this bad feeling that you're going to scratch the car or something...

If you look closely, the plastic cover DOES have vents that feed from the small opening aboe the turbo. Upon closer inspection, you can see slits right above where the turbo resides.

You know what's funny is that I cringe, too, whenever I look at the pictures. I was very careful with the car knowing that someone would own it someday and that I would not want it scratched in the least if it were my car. :)
