Just wanted to find out if anyone has worked or dealt with Dulles Subaru here in Leesburg? It seems as if ever time I call over there or have brought my car in their service sucks.

I got my LGT there they were pretty good to me, got a great deal on my trade in. When I got my car it had a door ding, I told them and they said bring it in and they fixed it during the day and gave me a loaner car. They even took my old exhaust off my wrx for me and put the stock one on.
TypeSpeed - who did you deal with? I have a long history with them. PM me and I will get you with the right people if you aren't already.
Their service department has been pretty bad lately (my first oil change forced me to get under the car and clean up overspray from the drain plus and tighten down the drain bolt myself. I then drove it over to have them top me off. How hard is an oil change?)
For the record, I have been less than impressed with them through a few car purchases. Typical small town car dealer. They all know me there because I have managed to get my way. Not sure if they curse me behind my back, but hey.....I have spent alot of money there.
My brother bought a car through the VIP program at this dealer. His wife's uncle works for Subaru, so his info was faxed to them from SOA. They still dragged him through the ringer. You would think he would get better treatment.

When I took the car into the dealership to have the STi short shifter installed the mechanic forgot to put back on one of the final bolts back in (sorry I dont' have a mechanical part number). I only noticed it when I was beginning to install shifter bushings later. Also, when I took my car in for service; I noticed a few CD's missing from the console. Not really something I can complain about, I guess I'm just tired of their service. I'm thinking about just going to another dealership in the future.
When I had my STS installed at Dulles, they punctured my shift boot and scratched my console. They fixed, it, but only after I had to push them.
There are not any good Subaru service dep'ts near us. We bought the WRX from Stohlman after I had a hard time at Dulles. They gave it back to us after a service with a crushed exhaust......someone backed into a parking spot and pinched the muffler against the curb, crimping the pipe. They wouldn't take care of it and instead blamed us.
Since I can't find a good one, I deal with the closest one so that it's not too much of a hassle to take it back in and fix the things they screw up.

The one complaint I have about them is both times I have taken my car in (once with my WRX and once with my Leg), the mechanic has left a big greasy fingerprint on the driver's door window rubber, which will not come off. Sounds like a small thing but it irks me to look at it every time I get in.
Also their parts guy sucks. The big one with the bad attitude.
Jack. He has his days. I only deal with Steve, the Parts Mgr, if i can help it. 703-669-6891 is his direct line. Scary that I have it memorized.

Purchased two subies from these guys...that part is easy. The service has been better than the other local Subaru dealer, Paul Brothers (that isn't saying much). I had work done with Paul Brothers (replaced clutch under warranty on WRX wagon) and after they completed the reverse lights came on unless the clutch was engaged. They should call themselves "Bubba Subaru".
Dulles currently has my legacy for a cel/cruise flashing issue; took it in on Sunday the 20th still waiting...They say five sensors triggered and currently waiting on the O2 sensor. I question whether there is a good service shop anywhere...;)
I'm in the fairfax area planning on getting a new Legacy in the next 2 weeks....so.. basically all the dealers are barely decent? Anyone have a good experience at a dealership in the area? thanks.

Yeah, who would everybody recommend to get a good price on a Legacy GT in the NOVA area. If I have to I will drive a couple of hours to get the deal I want because it seems like the dealerships around here think it's a privelage to work with them...

Fitzmall (Rockville, MD) and the one Gaithersburg, MD both had the lowest starting price. Not sure if they'll give you the song and dance and jack the price up but... worth a call I suppose.
Get the pricing on a few similarly equipped cars from fitzmall.com and take it to any local dealer - Stohlman, Farrish, Manassas, or Dulles. FWIW, I got $975 below invoice from Dulles in November. Not sure of the current dealer incentives and market price, so check it out before you go in.
Weighing in here a little late, but I didn't like their sales dept. I was using Paul Brothers in herndon for service with my outback, but when the service manager left a couple of years ago, I left. The new guy isn't very good imo.
I have used the Frederick Subaru service dept for my first oil change, no problems yet I'm still waiting for the call to tell me my lug nuts are in. (Supposedly ordered 3 weeks ago).
I have used and still use Ashburn Goodyear off Ashburn Village Drive and have had wonder service there. The service mananger is great.!!
Where can I find the actual invoice prices for Legacy GTs? I heard that different sites have different prices.
