People!
I am ordering my car first thing tomorrow and I was wondering if you have any pics of a GT wagon in Regal Blue Pearl? I am torn between Silver and Regal Blue. I would really appreciate any pics no matter what size!
Thanks in advance.

I don't have a pic for you (sorry) but I have seen both colors up close and canot generate any enthusiasm for the RB color. To me it looks like every other dark blue found on every other make.
The Legacy silver is darker and deeper than the silver on my 02 WRX. I was leaning toward Atlantic Blue but I think Silver is the color for me. That's just me though.

Hmm.. good perspective! I would still like to see a pic if anyone has one. It's good to hear that the silver color is going to be darker. I am very enthused to see it in person.

Silver is lower maintenance to keep it looking nice. I really like the silver wagon look too. :D

Silver and drab and boring to me, and way to common. "Teh Color of teh New Millenium." Bleh.

Yeah, but silver is safe and with Subaru paint quality, it seemed to be the best choice. At least on my WRX it was.

Silver is "safe"? Despite the crappy paint quality, silver is still drab.

What color are you going with? I don't think silver is drab at all. Of course we can argue all day about opinions and such.. then again my other color choice of regal blue has been called drab as well.

Either red, (if it is anything like the JDM red), or white.

No white, THAT is blah! Although with a set of gold or bronze rims will look AWESOME!

While I haven't seen the white in person the little color chip in the brochure makes it look quite nice. It's got a nice pearlescent shimmer to it. Besides silver, white will be by far the easiest to keep clean!

Exactly, not so blah with a couple of changes. You can't change the drabness of silver. :P

Yeah some anthracite rims would make the silver not so blah though.. :P
We can argue about this all day, but now I am leaning towards regal blue. DAMN MY INDECISIVE NATURE!

Man I'll probably have my car before you can even decide on a color. :D

There is a lot of truth to that, although I have to order by tomorrow since it's the last time that my dealer can be sure of a mid-july delivery.
I will be ordering tonight or tomorrow. :D:D
I just need the color to be a gametime decision I guess.

Me and a few car buddies of mine used to bust each other's chops that his white car was painted "Amana" white.

There is no reason why I shouldn't thank you again. The color looks kinda dull on that car, but then again I think the 2.5i looks dull to begin with. The 17's help that GT sooo much.

Dr. Zevil,
First off, I apologize for being a dumba-- and not taking my camera with me. Duh! I got off work early, loaded up the wife and kid, and headed out the door.....but with no camera. Anyway, I lucked out and the Sube dealer here (central IN, Speedway Subaru, for any Hoosiers reading) had just received their first GT, and it was a RBP Limited Wagon. So, no pics, but believe me, you won't be disappointed!!!! It was gorgeous. I'm deciding between black, RBP, and the red, and the RBP has definitely moved up on my list. Of course, I won't be ordering mine for about another year, so I have plenty of time to waffle back and forth...er...decide.

HEY RANDY! Welcome to the board. Thanks for posting your impressions. If you get a chance I think we would all welcome any pics that you can add, but I understand that it's not always as easy as it sounds. Did you see a LTD with the black or taupe interior? For a little while there I was really set on the taupe, but with my dog I know that the taupe would get demolished.

It had the charcoal interior. I thought it was very nice, but I've never had leather, so I don't really have anything to compare it too. A base with cloth is already at what I consider my high end for spending $ on a car, so I won't have to decide on leather color. But having said that, and having seen the taupe in a different car, I bet it would look sharp with the RBP :)
If I get back that way I will take my camera, but it's not likely. I bet it won't last long, and the dealership is in Speedway, about 45 minutes away from me. Plus, this weekend is definitely one to stay the heck away from Speedway, IN (Indy 500).

Yeah, I like the taupe interior color but like I said, it's gonna be too light with a dog otherwise I would have gotten it. Plus it has some sort of fake wood (or something) accents to it that I heard are kinda cheezy or grandpa.

Still blah. Glad you picked RB. Gold/Bronze will look nice. 8)

Yeah, i am thinking about some bronze rims or a gunmetal color. I think it will look awesome with the right wheel accent color!
Nah the RB is the way to go, after having had 3 Silver Subs, I finally went for a RB GT LTD Wagon like this:

CRAP! You seem to have found the holy grail! Ihave been looking all over for RBP wagon pics. Very nice! I will drool over these for a while. :D
Thanks!! Oh, and welcome to the board!
I have been on the I side for too long! I originally had a 94 Legacy turbo, had to sell it and bought a 97 GT ( soo differant to the old gen) had it for 6 months got it stolen so bought a RS nice but just 2 doors and no power. Switched to a WRX Wagon loved it! But really have been waiting for this car for too long.
So I have been looking for a RB Legacy BP LTD for a while. I have seen one in person and the blue is very very nice, doubt you will have any regrets.
Hello to you all out there.
Cheers
Nicd

But why nicd? nimh is so much bettAr!
Most of the nice pics are done but since we have the same car in waiting this is the look that I am going for I have the rims and am waiting for the New Leg GT in this blue which is the same RB. Forget the bits and peices but the color combo is in my opinion very sharp. What do you think?

Very cool looking wagon, although i am going to go with a much more conservative look, I think that is pretty sharp. I absolutley love that color! I think that I would go with a set of dark bronze or gunmetal rims though. I will say that the anthracite color looks great on that car though.
Needs to have the wing deleted of course ;) and maybe the front lip.. but it's a great looking car. Looks fast :D

Zevil...I just saw your RB GT wagon on a truck heading South. It looked damn nice. Those wheels make all the difference in the world. First actual GT I've seen in person, even if it was only for 5 seconds.

Nice, I would be pumped if I actually thought that was going to be my car. I am glad that the color looked good though! I am pretty excited. I rarely second guess my decision. I think it's going to be pimp!
I am always in the market for more pics of the RBP wagons! ;)

Thank you very much for posting that pic! That looks awesome. Again, it's going to be a pain to keep clean, but I think it's possible. That looks very nice! Are there anymore out there?

I'm more partial to the anthracite's...
To me they look like the Speed lines GT 1.

These are speedline GT1s:

The wheels in the pictures don't look very similar.
I am not really sure what wheels those are.
