so, as the title states
what should i eat? i need suggestions, probably a nation wide chain of some sort since we live all over the place.
im looking for something health, but tastes awesome.
ive been eating italian and chipolte and getting sick of it.

An Apple.... This should be the only sweet you eat other than other fruits....
Eat 2 a day as a snack and watch the weight drop.....If that's an issue. If not just eat them for the fiber....

I always think it's funny when I go outside of the tri-state area & it gets really hard to find a deli. Alot of places people just get cold cuts from the supermarket :puke: & goin to get a sandwich is like a pre-wrapped gross sandwich.

My dog eats his own shit. Most of the calories are already gone. He's a diet genius. But I make him stop when he's trying to turn around and grab it in midair in midpoop. That seems a little eager.
