Just what I needed... Better than my frozen food lunches. They should actually just be called frozen flavored salt, 80%+ of your daily sodium intake... :-O

wowowowowowoww!!!!!!!!

you need to heat the peanut butter so that the oils in the peanut butter bind with teh oils of teh green vegatative matter otherwise known as Marijauna

Your body will not process all the oils from weed... it needs to be lifted off the plant and binded with a food oil.

Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip.

1 French baguette (sliced)
2 cans artichoke hearts
1-2 bags baby spinach leaves fresh
1 med/small onion (diced)
3-4 cloves garlic (dice/chopped)
Flour for Roux
Olive oil / butter
1 carton chicken stock

Cheese (grated) 1-3 cups each
Monterrey Jack
Mozzarella
Cheddar
Muenster

Chile Powder / salt / pepper for seasoning

Start with large pot / dutch oven saute garlic and onion in half olive oil butter, just enough for the amount of onion/garlic.

Always season in stages, once they start to cook, use a little salt/pepper/ chile powder.

Once tender, not dark, start sprinkling flour slowly and whisk together as to not lump. One table spoon at a time. Once all the liquid is absorbed by flour, cook flour for 30 seconds to a minute, not letting it burn or darker too much.

Add 4-5 cups of chicken broth slowly to Roux. Whisk in so flour does not clump. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer to thicken.

Meanwhile, drain canned artichokes and rough chop. Remove and wash spinach. Set aside.

Once reduced by a third, bring heat to low and add cheese stirring slowly. Once all melted, add spinach, stir til wilted. Add artichokes. Mix well, serve hot !

Use Baguette to dip !

20 Minutes, $20.

I make it differently everytime. The key it to have the proper amount of liquid to cheese to get the right consistency. You cant add heat once you add the cheese or it will seperate, so be careful. The amounts of cheese to broth mixture is not accurate, you have to play with it everytime, or reduce the liquid by more, so the mixture is less or more cheesey than you need :)
