For the other Nor Cal guys, Thunderhill Park has a performance driving school at their track, using your own car. For $195, it seems like a heck of a deal. I signed up for the Feb. 6th session, and there should still be space available. Check it out:

Saw that this was a NorCal post but the title intrigued me. Looks really cool but that would be a 1200 mile roundtrip for me. Hopefully, I'll be able to head to Irwindale, Willow Springs IR or one of the other "closer" tracks. Will be hard to beat that price point though.

The SCCA Thunderhill lessons are really poorly organized. You're better off looking for a car club that runs at TH instead.
