wheel weight fell off!

I have noticed this past week alot more play in the steering and knew something didnt seem right. I took a look at the front wheels and noticed the wheel weight i missing. I'm guessing its just one of those stick on ones. My wheels were balanced in may, so it hasnt been long since that was done. Do I need to bring my car in and get the wheel rebalanced or can i just purchase the weight from somewhere?

You need a new balance for that wheel.

lol you cant just stick it back in. just swing by any tire shop and have it rebalanced. if you let it slide for too long that vibration will kill the next weakest point.
