What is wrong with the stock wheels? Are they really heavy? I'm looking for a second set to mount snow tires.

The wheels don't suck, its the tires that suck. They could certainly be wider (7.5?) but they certainly don't suck.

And to clarify, its the RE-92 tires that everyone bitches about (there really not THAT BAD). But the OEM wheels on the 2005 Legacy GT are really very nice. Lots of pics you can find. They weight 20 lbs bare. Surely not lightweight racing wheels but also not too shabby for 17 x 7.0
