20s suck, 30s rule!
30's do rule. Family is the best, which came about in my very late 20's, and a good income has made that easier, thanks to school.
A degree that I am actaully using over here.... go figure.
Business/ marketing degree education with a specialty in small business.
When I was in my mid 20's I worked for a billion dollar a year giant, then left that and went into business for myself supplying the mighty giant.
So the degree in small business is fitting.
But I wished I had payed more attention in school and relied less on my good looks!
I don't understand why everyone is so afraid of turning 30.
Think about it... college is fun and all... drinking, partying, women....

B.S. Mechanical Engineering TECHNOLOGY
I started in mechanical engineering at Worcester Polytech but ended up (for a variety of reasons) doing the MET program at Wentworth in Boston. Now I'm a design engineer for a company that R&D/manufactures ion source and beam line technology for the semiconductor industry. When I hear people refer to the technology degree as a "technician degree" I chuckle all the way to the bank.
1yr @ WPI (2000): $36,000
1yr @ Wentworth (2003): $22,000

Getting guilty people off ;)
Don't I wish I was that smart. No, the truly guilty (90% of my clients) are so stupid the evidence would crush them to a pulp if they went to trial. Most of my job is minimizing the consequences of their exceptional stupidity. Most commit minor crimes (although on a semi-daily basis). Such folks hurt themselves in jail by putting their heads between iron bars are expensive to treat medically. It's to the State's benefit to put them on probation and hope another druggie shoots them.
But I'm NOT jaded. ;)

okay, my turn
Very well, where do I begin? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink, he would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Some times he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy, the sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical, summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds, pretty standard really. At the age of 12 I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen, a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum, it's breathtaking, I suggest you try it.
