Where can I find a cord to connect my ipod to the jack in the center console? I searched 'ipod' but I only found stuff for 2005 and stuff like that. Can anyone shed some light on where I can find a cord to connect my ipod? Thanks.
You mean to the Aux In port, in the armrest console?? You should be able to get a 1/8" rca male-male cord from radio shack or something and just plug it in. As far as power there are many many many cig-lighter plugs for the ipod, just go online and search for one...

get the Belkin car adapter. It'll power your iPod and provide a line-out signal. Plug that in, then get a short (3') 3.5mm male-to-male standard audio cable from any electronics shop for a few bucks.
Then, you can power & play your iPod in the car with full line-in quality.

^^ +2, except my cable is made by SIK. I also removed the center console and drilled holes to run the power and audio in cable through them so there are no visible cables at all and the "lid" of the cupholder can be closed without any protruding wires.

Can you just use the headunit buttons to control the ipods folders and music selections? does it show the text from the ipod on the screen? or do you have to take the ipod out of the console to change the songs...

If you can change the songs on the console, I haven't figured it out yet. Also, mine doesn't show the title of songs and stuff on the console.

The port in the console is just an Aux-In plug for any audio source. The stock headunit does not have any Ipod controls built in. However, folders and filenames can be displayed when playing a CD with MP3's burned onto it. I actually like this feature way more than the aux-in plug. Having the ability to have 6 CD's worth of MP3's in the in-dash CD changer gives me more than enough music and is much easier to control than messing with an MP3 player connected inside the console.

I just bought the cable and tried the ipod connection, I've come to realize that the MP3 cd's are way better than the ipod hookup...
