My best guess is "not very well"....................

If they are both 6.5 inch drivers, then you will have to put the Kenwood in sideways and it would probably stick out in to the back seat quite a bit (height looks reasonable though).
I wouldn't recommend it, but you could just go to BB and ask if they can size it for you.

I actually have one of these. I had it under the passenger's seat of my 97 and it fit pretty well. I'll check to see how it fits under my 05 seat later today.
