SO it's an Easter time!

Not that I am religious or anything but this time Catholic and Orthodox holiday on the same day- lets celebrate!

Idea- to cook a family meal with traditional flavors that I've seen in a birth plase of Orthodox religion- Greece.

Start with a leg of lamb

make cuts and insert garlic

Squeeze lemon juice and apply spices liberally
Than let it rest for 3 hours in the cold place (garage)
