So this is the entire kit? Once I find an installer I might buy it..

Yes. It's the kit that covers the entire front end. New, never opened, not even out of the shipping box. As for an installer, try calling up some window tint guys. The film installs a lot like window tint film, and many window guys also handle paint protection film installs.

Does this have headlight covers too?

Sorry. No headlight covers. I have their full paint protection kit, but no lights. I personally don't think that the headlight film is that big an issue. Sure you might get some little chips over time, but on a clear plastic surface they are no where near as visible as paint chips are.
