I was wondering if anyone has ran 235's on there stock rims. And if you have are you lowered and on what springs.

This was very recently discussed. I thought the guy actually did it, and they will technically fit, but the consensus is that the wheels are too narrow to be a GOOD fit. The sidewall will likely be soft/mushy. A 225 is probably the widest you would want to go on Stock Rims (check sticky at top of this forum). For 235/245 tires, you would be better served on an 8" wide rim (though 7.5 would be fine for the 235's).
As for lowering, issues would depend on which profile tire you choose. Whether you choose a 40 or 45, for most purposes, you should be clear.

I run iONs, and the tire place test fit a 235. It fits (i guess depending on tire), but it was just too much sidewall for me.

235 + 7" rim = sloppy
8" FTW!
