Rota Hyper black Tarmac III w/Polished lip [Archive]

so I was wondering if any one has seen a royal (polished lip) hyper black Tarmac III wheel? I spoke to subydude.com and they said they can get them as a special order if there are enough people interested. The price would stay the same with I think he said at least 3 buyers. I am interested in getting some in 18X8 48mm offset, does this interest any one else? All buyers would have to purchase the same wheels to be able to get them. The price for the wheels would be $750 shipped same as the standard Tarmac III in that size. I thought about putting this in the GB forum but since its not actually a GB yet I didn't.

Just a suggestion . . . get some pics up and an estimated price and you'll have an easier time with this

Unfortunatley I dont have any pics but I will see if I can come up with some. As far as the price goes it would remain the same which is $750 shipped for 4 wheels.

look for pics of volk ce28s w/ the polished lip. That will be almost exactly what the T3s will look...

I found this car I think it is Boostjunkie's, I think these are pretty close to what the Tarmac III's would look like. The wheels in the pic are 19's

same colors, but tarmac 3's look a bit different than that

My old 19" wheels were hyperblack, so the Rotas should be pretty close to that color. The Tarmac III do look a bit different though.

i think the polished lip would be a cool option.
