the definition of rice on this site is anything you would not personally do to your car and therefore would want to disparage someone else for. see the thread on NOs.
quite a few people are quick to jump on some poor guy's throat for asking about NOs on his ride. "oooh, that's lame". i'm driving around in a stock LGT so I'm gonna start calling all people with an AP ricers. I mean, "come one, why can't they just enjoy their car the way it is?"

I believe it is if you car is/has one of the following to go with the body kit:

4 speed auto
an escort
a civic
a huge spoiler and its FWD
a huge spoiler and it has no where near enough hp to need one
costs under 15K

A bodykit done tastefully can make for a nice look some cars.
