Yes, I am a noobie to this forum. My son is driving a 1995 Legacy wagon. The power steering fluid is pouring out one end of the steering rack. Having the rack replaced is an expensive option for this car right now. Is it possible to replace just the seals on this other-wise good rack?

We are in the process of gaining members who frequently post and are very knowledgable on these matters (I have a lot of learning yet to do myself I'll admit.)
The best place for information like this would likely be NASIOC (www.nasioc.com/forums) as they currently have one of the largest knowledgebases of forum members.
If a member is not possible of answering your question in a reasonable amount of time, that is the place I suggest. The Legacy section is farther down on the list.
