I bought a set of Bilstein Spec B struts, but am cash strapped right now and won't be able to do anything with them for a while. They are from a sedan, with 7000 km (4400 miles) on them. I'm not sure, but I think the sedan and wagon Spec B struts are the same. I'd be willing to sell them to you for $700 picked up in So Cal. Add $25 if you want them shipped.
Caveat: I don't have JDM top hats, and I don't know if USDM top hats will work. If you look in the suspension forum, you can see several threads re the Bilsteins and top hats with information on the subject. Paul (apexjapan) is in the process of finding out the cost to source the JDM top hats.
The stock rims and tires have no chips, scrapes, etc. The tires have less than 1000 break in miles on them. These are for pick up only. I don't want to go through the hassle of shipping them. $800.
