View Full Version : 12" sub in a custom stealth box?
i see the stock JL stealth box is a 10" and curious if anyone has tried putting a 12" in their wagon. I imagine since its custom, we can do it, just curious if its been done. tia

As long as you make the enclosure big enough for the 12-inch, there is no reason why you can't.
To give you an idea, the Stealthbox has a net volume of 0.65 cu.ft. A typical 12-inch needs about 1.25 to sound its best (twice the size).
I had a pair of tens in a wood box in my wagon before we made the Stealthbox and it was slightly louder but the Stealthbox sounds much better.
