ok i'm running out of stuff to put on the RED BEAST
there is NO drilling or marring of the center console.
it is held in place by two plates squeezing the plastic of the center console.
it is moveable to another position.
it it for garbage but will hold cds and weed.

I like that! Do they make it to match the black interior? What did it cost you? Can I sample some of your weed at the next meat?

yes they make in gray
not cheap at $69 plus shipping
it is a nice finished piece you couldn't recreate for the money
and they were very prompt in getting it to me for the wicked big meat (thanks)

I ran it through babelfish and got "suicide seat side." I guess the passenger seat is considered the suicide seat. :icon_bigg
I'm sure there is a more logical non-literal translation out there...

If that was full of weed your car would never need an air freshener again!
I looked at my car today, I didn't see any panel there to remove so you could hook that up to it. Anybody else notice this, or am I having a tard moment?

I'd mount it on my side instead of the passenger side. maybe for loose change.

Thanks, I found it (or them). There's the INSIDE PANEL SET and the CONSOLE SET (for AT or MT). The photo for all three is the same; aha, I get it. The letters in the photo refer to the suffix letter of the part #.
Is the color and texture in your photos pretty accurate? Is yours the Umber or Brown color? Your photos look like the Brown but with more red.
What's involved in installing the CONSOLE SET for a tool-challenged person?

my car is 2005 3.0r with the h-6
the wood trim is the standard trim that came with the car.
i wouldn't recommend putting the wood appliqués in the car. i heard once they are on they don't come off, some fade in the sun over time, and good luck getting them on straight.
the color off the clean box in the first picture is closer. the plastic doesn't match 100% but it still looks just fine the way it is.
they also sell gray
I sure like the pics of the wood trim on your car, but I looked again at my black interior and think the stock metal trim is better there.

I'm not using it for trash. This car is seriously short on storage space for small items you want to get at regularly.

Time to necro an ancient thread, but how well does the 'charcoal' one match the interior coloring? I seem to recall hearing the japanese console colors don't match ours?
