Can anyone help with a JDM Legacy GT Spec B that has a VICS Nav system? I cannot get the TV, I can't even set the clock.

I'm in Jamaica. If there is a manual or something with screen shots I could navigate my way through. It just seems like a very useful tool going to waste.
