and isn't it great?
right now Im looking at a whole crapload of tables on an LGT rom.
do I have streettuner+an accessport? hell no!
ECUEdit FTW!
anyway, people who know these things,
why are there 4 target boost, initial wastegate maps and duplicates of most others? manual versus auto?

Except for hoping to tune your car properly and have ECUedit actually write the correct values and not blow up your engine, it's great :/

Too beta for my engine, and I'd actually mess with it/help but who knows what it's going to do if you already have AP and they've moved around the map locations :/

yeah, why don't you try it on your own car, and share your map with us if it doesn't blow up your engine or anything? ;)

Yes, in the name of all that is holy, SHARE YOUR LGT MAPS!

I have not seen one LGT streettuner map available, which is a huge reason I did not buy it.

Have you checked out:

http://enginuity.org

and

http://openecu.org

The Enginuity guys are about 1.2 hrs away from me and they all tune their WRX's with their own open source software!

What did you get? I just dont think a lot of LGT people are using the StreetTuner :/

I was thinking about the streettuner, though I may just go ahead and get the protuner software instead.

hope you can get approved by cobb for that. Its not as simple as just paying for it you know.

In talking with COBB I wasnt given that impression. I have been running a tuning shop for quite a few years now. I can't imagine it being much of a problem, though I have been denied software licenses in the past due to geographical concerns.

There you go then. If you run a shop you should be good to go. They just wont sell to any dumbass off the street (the protuner stuff). So if you have been around for a while you shouldnt have any problems.

I've looked into all these tools.. no-go so far for downloading my flash.. And none of the 3 tools I've tried has definitions for LGT.. hmrph..

But if you run a 02-05 WRX looks very promising.
