Hi,
I've been casually active for a while, but thought I should give some input on my new sled... I've put 1000 mile on my Regal Blue Pearl '05 2.5i wagon 5 speed in the past few weeks. It has black cloth int., after market moonroof, autodim mirror (works great!) and nothing else. It's a joy to drive, and i'm getting around 24-25 mpg around town. This thing is smooth + comfortable, and a blast to drive. I considered the GT, but I prefer the non-turbo power. One of the best things, is the engine sound above 4 grand...I swear it sounds like Hans Stuck's 911! It's also great to have the wagon for carrying stuff around. Well thanks for all the info before I bought, and long live Santa Cruz Subaru...they're great!

Welcome! I'll keep an eye out for you since I also live in the Santa Cruz area.

Thanks,
I've been having a great time with my Leg...The wife and I just took a weekend ride to Big Sur (you know where that is Gumby!). Everything worked great, and we even averaged 27 mpg on the trip computer, which is about 26 in real life. I'm at 1800 miles, and the car is getting smoother every day (engine,tranny,suspension,speakers,etc.). The most difficult part is keeping the Regal Blue clean. And BTW Gumby, my wife drives a dark blue '99 Cabrio 5 speed! How wierd is that...
