Hi all! Another newbie here.

Due to an unexpected broadside from a kid going way too fast three weeks ago, I got a new LGT last Friday. I love the car and am sure glad to find this site with lots of great info. Hat's off to everyone!!

PS, DM, my understanding of this name would be from ScoobyDoo. Let me explain

Scoob = Subaru
Scooby = Subaru
ScoobyGT = Subaru GT

Now one of the main characters of ScoobyDoo was Shaggy, so with so many guys having Scooby as a name in here, it might be deemed creative to have another variant, meaning Shaggy was the obvious choice. Now not sure if this is where Shaggy got his name from, its only one of my personal slants on the situation. DM hope this helps :D
