I found this on subaruoutback.org. Go to 22 minutes and 22 seconds in the video and enjoy. The Legacy smokes a V50. It's a good review. I did not see this this vid previously posted here...

fifth gear was the earlier version of the show. Now it is called Top gear.

wrong. Top Gear came first. Then in the late 90's it went off the air. then one of the top gear presenters left and created fith gear. at the same time Top gear was brought back, with a new series format.

I never saw the original top gear. Only the fifth gear with the tiff, etc., and then the newer top gear.

Yeah, im a top gear/fith gear fan. I got over 30gb of it on my comp including 96 full episodes.

great (short) segment. don't know why they didn't pit the OBXT against it but hey the 3.0NA Leggie still kicks the V50-T5 butt. and what a turn-on having a woman do the driving. boy, she's got skills!

Yeah, it was new to me too... guess that's why I posted it... Did anyone see the Top Gear segment on the Outback? They did a 3.0 because they don't have the turbo in England. It was a great little review. I would have liked to see them take an OBXT around the track with the "Stig."

Yeah, I like the way she handles the stick in that wagon. Nice firm grip, but not too tight. She really knows how to row the gears.

We get both of them on Sky TV (http://www.sky.com/skycom/home/) back in Germany. I would have to agree that Top Gear is better Fifth Gear.

They tested the prefer cars of farmers, an Outback with a flat-6. Nov 9 2003 eqisode date. James May did the segment. No one else commented on the car.
What can be better than Vicki Butler Henderson, well simple, Sabine Schmidt.

You only spend 10 minutes in the car because you have to get in line to get onto the track and there's that section after crossing the line to slow down.
