View Full Version : Liberty GT tuned by STi #140/300
Sorry i havent been around lately guys ive been in thailand for the past 2 weeks. We havent got this sti yet, still trying to sell the old GT, the dealer gave us an extra 3 weeks to sell it. But if we dont get any decent offers till next week were just going to have to trade it in at subaru :(

The wagon doesn't look that shabby - I'd love to see what the quad pipes look like on the wagon...
Have they at least let you have a sit in it????
awwww :( In real life it looks really really good, those photos dont do it justice.

Oops, sorry - that came across worse than I meant it!!! Was intended as a compliment.......
Hehe no worries, im a bit bummed about the crap photography, im not a very good photographer i have no patience to set up a shot i just take it. They also had a black wagon at docklands waiting for its owner, it really looked incredible. I regret not getting in earlier and getting one.

Kayd, looks fantastic but agree the pics just dont do it justice at all. Once you see the STi UG up close and personal its WOW material I have to say. Havent seen any of the black ones as of yet but Im sure they will appear soon enough. Cant actually believe that anyone in VIC got a black one because I know they all sort of went at the SMS last year.
I hope you can offload yr current car ASAP and get into the STi quick smart.
I wont update the Sticky just yet till its all offical.

I think Adam's will be due for a service after he picks it up heh heh
There is one black STi in Melbourne - the STi manager at Docklands has it...

I dont know if youve seen a post i made on another thread but we went to trade in a GT at docklands and they gave me a trade in price of $36,000 and they were going to sell it for $45,990! I decided to sell it privately but havent had much luck :( We were very lucky to get a GT STi, the dealer had to order it especially from sydney. You better get in quick if you want one. Im praying a sti edition wont lose as much value as the GT.
The STi guy also told me yesterday there were only 21 black models made, 60 wagons, 240 sedans. So really does that mean we own a 1 in 30something of that body, of that colour, of that transmission car? That makes me feel really special :icon_bigg

82KM's that is totally off. Why did it have so many K's on the STi. Did you ask or just accept it. 82 ????????
Post up the number too so I can update the board.
Congrats and hope you dont try and put stuff in the STi because u are moving.... I think I would have waited... to much temptation to load it up. Enjoy mate.
Just hang in the Kayd...

Damn 82kms!
it had 82 becuase of the delivery fiasco...the broker (not the dealer) had to take it down to vicroads to have it registered. Because the broker wasn't technically a dealer, he had to go thru the whole public registration process...imagine my delight yesterday, when i was told that it wouldn't be registered till tuesday!...not happy...to the brokers credit, he waited 4.5 hours at vic roads to ensure i could pick it up at 5pm yesterday!
i am delighted...
adam...check your pm's

Adam,
Is it right that they used your car for the Wheel's evaluation?
