As said earlier in the week, I test drove a Blitzen this morning. Still a darn good drive but I prefer the RSK B4.
The front skirt on the Blitzen looks like the nose for a 360 Modena I reckon, and the back bottomed out coming up my drive, whereas the RSK does not. The gear box seemed stiff, clunky, or positive some might say, more so than the RSK, and could be a bit jerky sometimes. I mentioned this to Paul, my dealer, and he said it was having a new clutch on Monday.
Other than that, very nice still, but the RSK just does it for me, not sure what, though the one I drove a few weeks did have a turbo gauge and turbo timer, whereas the blitzen did not, so maybe I chose subconsciously.
Paul is keen to keep me interested as he knows I am definetly getting one, as soon as my business starts paying back my $44000 investment, I will get one.
I was surprised to see as well, as the dealer is Subaru and Chryler/Jeep, they had a Viper R/10. I've never seen one in the flesh so close up, not my kind of thing, but you can't help but look, those 355 section rear tires are massive if anyone in NZ wants one, its up for $255,000.
