i went there tonight to drool over my soon to be new ride and noticed no more GT?
could the 2.5T be here so soon?
i heard the 2.0T wasn't going to be available because of new aussie emissions standards..

elarbee,
The GT was dropped as of 31-Dec-2005 as the car does not meet current emission standards (Euro III???). That's also why the GT by STi cars were all finished and complied by that date.
No more GT unless you by a GT by STi or wait until Aug-Sept when the new model (rumoured to be 2.5) comes out...
Surprised they didn't leave the GT by STi up though - that's allegedly their response to the MPS?
Cheers,
Darren

darren - thanks
jedimaster - thanks for nothin jk
suprised my dealer didn't try to push the GT on me in December to get rid of stock. i guess they'll sell them anyway so no need to have a clear out sale...

Hmm very interesting that SOA decision to acutally take everything off including the Liberty STi.
Curious if this is the case, have they now sold all of their allocated 300 Units ?

Adam,
The GT by STi is still there but the GT has gone. I don't think they have sold more than half of the cars yet...

Ahh ok, hmm pays to check these things out for myself.... re the STi deletion.
Thanks Darren for the update. Curious at just how many are still avail after the initial deliveries have been done.

PS I would dare say the rest will pop up in high profile/traffic dealership.
