I'm selling these because I have upgraded to HID's. The bulbs have a blue colored glare guard instead of black. The light output is white with a little tinge of blue. These are not blue bulbs. These bulbs are only sold in europe. I don't have the packaging they came in but I can provide a receipt for them. $25 shipped
