I want my embroidery (or Brembos in return!)

Guys,

Just thought I'd start a thread here with those people who've got back to me about a co-ordinated response to SA:

OZGT - Chester
MY06 - Aki
Red Robin - Darryl (what's your email so I can take this off line)
AGCTR - Adam - well I'm assuming he won't be happy!

Maybe if we can get a group of ten of us (five so far) then we start to make enough noise they might do something?

Darren, just so I'm clear, is it only the STi logo that is missing from the seats? What about the red stitching? If I remember rightly the show car in Sydney didn't have the STi seats either, but they did say that this would be fixed in the production model.

It really sounds like SA did a particularly bad job of specifying these vehicles! (or maybe FHI just shipped them 300 vehicles that were already built and they couldnt sell anywhere else!???) First the glass, now the seats, not to mention the brakes and the sunroof.... I wonder what else they are missing?!

If they are going to try to deliver black leather seats with Alcantara inserts, but no logo or red stitching, I think I would prefer to have the standard GT seats (100% leather)

I think step #1 is to confirm what exactly is different to the spec we bought to. I'll email SA next week to confirm but at this stage two differences to the spec promoted:

- pre-tinted glass
- missing embroidery / embossing of the logo

Let me take it offline though with those who have responded...
