Hey all,
I'm getting my new Legacy 2.5GT Limited Sedan 5EAT in Regal Blue next week and I can't wait :D I'm moving from Vancouver to Edmonton for law school, so I needed a AWD car to get me through the nasty winters over in E-town. Drove an Infiniti FX35 (actually disappointed in it) and a Cayenne (VERY impressive despite its pug-ugly looks, but WAY outta my price range), and that was all before I realized that Subaru was bringing over the new Legacy!
The choice was easy, and I can't wait till next week. I'm giving up a 2000 Lexus GS400 over here in Vancouver (seems like a step down to some, but I don't see it that way), and I hope that the Legacy will be everything I've read about in these forums! The dealership (Rally Subaru) also got me to get a block heater for the car which apparently is necessary over in Edmonton - anyone used one before for their car and could tell me how this works? Much appreciated! Looking forward to joining you all in turbo/AWD bliss 8)
