Those wheels are the nearly $4k BBS 18x7.5" wheels (I think it's the same design as the BBS LMs?)

Those parts can be found HERE (http://www.subaru-sti.co.jp/parts/blbp_legacy/index2.html) on the JDM site. Getting the parts may be another story perhaps.
