still not 100% sure why they would put twin turbo's on a V12. IBitgetsnegativegasmileage

Maybe it gets negative gas mileage?
one of the mcclaren cars gets -neg mpg. in order for it to reach top speed they had to put 2 vw beetles on each side of it to act as gas tanks. I read it in car and driver I think.
I cant imagine drivin a car that uses 1 gallon of gas for less than one mile.

In germany audi/bmw/mercedes are kind of having something similar to the muscle car wars of the late 60s early 70s in the US.
I seriously did read an article on it in Car and Driver.
