Hi all,

Just came across this board. Lots of great info on here!

Have just recently bought a 2.5i Liberty 5mt sedan in Regal Blue. Lucky I bought it when I did, because I know I would have tried to stretch the extra $Au10K-15K to get a 3.0R-B if it had been released, and the Mrs would have killed me!
Anyways, very happy with it so far. Loving the sunroof (never had one before) and its been a really easy car to live with.

No mods yet, but planning on sorting out some STi pedals for it, as well as the momo gear knob. Info about the short shifter has been interesting reading too.

Anyhoo, I look forward to contributing to the forum.

Well Trumpy, welcome to the world of LegacySTi.com. Great to have another aussie ondeck. Yes have to admit that the SpecB is something to be seen although I sure yr going to be wrapped with the 5MT GT.

I wasnt aware that the 5MT was relased yet in Oz, I had a release date of September 04.

Look forward to reading yr posts.
Adam.

Sorry, dont have a GT, just a standard 2.5.
The GT is on sale as a manual already, and the local dealer in Wollongong had one in a week or so ago. They said something about it being special order only though, whatever that means.....
