jump to the first new post

most other forums i am on, not all, have the ability to jump u to the first new post in a topic. its kinda a pain in the but to have to click on page 2 and re read posts and see where u are. not a big deal but it would be a nice addition to the forums

Agreed MMS, if you could swap that feature around, it would be a very much a welcomed addition :)

How is this different then when you click on the orange box with the arrow next to the topic names?

i also stand corrected but is this jumping to the newest post or the last post since u last read it? minnor difference the few posts i jsut tried i dont remember if i had read the last post or not

I checked a few and it took me to the last page but on occasion it didnt take me right to the end so I just thought it might have been me.

its set it think by your last visit, which may have been 4 hours ago (so it'd have most posts possibly). Its not an exact science. :(

ditto. just now in this post i used it and it went to the second post on this topic. just after my orig comment. but this is much nicer then manualy going throught the post
