Car dealerships never seem to deal on new model cars. Besides charging MSRP or over, do you think that Subaru might be offering 0% APR for the Legacy GT? How long did it take the WRX to be offered at that rate...and has the STi ever been offered at no interest? [assuming good credit, of course :) ]

You will never see a newely redesigned car such as the Legacy GT been offered with any special incentives. The incentives are saved for cars that they need to move or models that have dropped in sales or aren't meeting projected sales.

If it makes you feel better you should save quite a bit of money on financing in general because rates are so good. I think that low 4% financing should be attainable depending on term length and so on.

I got my RS at 2.9% for two years. Obviously, due to a new model being introduced.

If you are trading the RS in, you should be able to save a nice bit (I've heard the need/desire ;) for gen 1 RS's is on the rise) and put a nice amount down. That will automatically work well on the side of financing figures. :)
