Re-arrangeing the index slightly

Just a humble suggestion,

Could the forum index page be re-arranged?

Could the tech section come before the off-topic section?

it really isn't anything, but it's hard to tell at a glance if there is new posts in the tech section, without scrolling down and not being able to see the general section.

Really not a big deal, just something I thought of.

I tend to agree with that. It just seems more ordered and neat that way.

I also agree. Much of my posts are between tech and the top section so it's much easier.

Looks great, but then again, it always has. Easier to see new posts in specific 05 Legacy tech topics now.
