One of my studs (bolts) are stripped on my rear wheel. (long story) Does anyone have a TSB on how to replace it?

I take it it's not a warranty item anymore?
TSB you mean tech service bulletin? Those are generally only issue with a known product problem.
Sorry I haven't replaced them before, just trying to clarify things.

Getting the factory manual will help, but you could also just take it to the dealer and have them do it. I don't think driving on 4 lugnuts would be a problem if it's not too far.
It usually involves removing the brake caliper and disc, then you can usually just pound it out (interference fit) and put the new one in. But that's just a general statement... I have no idea on the actual fitment on the Legacy.
You have to press the old stud out and press the new one in. If you have a press it is easy :) If you don't it can be very difficult and you will likely damage the wheel bearing if you take a hammer to it with the hub on the car.
Wheel studs are very inexpensive so it won't cost much, but pulling the hub takes some time.

If you're comfortable removing the hub, then you can buy the stud and ask a machine shop to press it in for you. The shop shouldn't charge you much, maybe $20-40.

Remove the hub, douse the stud with penetrating oil, support the stud/hub over the open end of a pipe, give the stud a couple of whacks with a heavy brass hammer and it should pop right out. Install new stud with the brass hammer. If new stud is loose, use low strength LocTite.
If you don't want to remove the hub, SnapOn probably makes a stud puller that will work on car.

Does this walkthru apply to the front of the LGT? I need to replace one of my front wheel studs.

It's pretty much the same. Remove rotor and caliper, whack old stud off, insert new stud, "pull" stud in with bigger washer/nut combo and install rotor and caliper. The toughest part may be taking the rotor off, as Subie rotors like to stick to the hub pretty well.

I'll already have it apart installing new control arm bushings and struts, so I might as well take car of it myself

I was just wondering if you had to use the allen screws to get the rotors off. After reading the How to install Racing Brake One-Piece Rotors thread, I see that the rotors just come off on the LGT when the caliper is removed. Now if my new struts would just show up, I can take car of this wheel stud too.

That walkthrough posted earlier is exactly what you need to do. You can do it in your driveway no problem. The fronts ae the same except there is no ABS sensor ring.
I did all the studs on the front wheels twice almost exactly like that walkthrough. (wheel spacers needed larger studs....then I ditched the spacers and went back to stock studs)
To get the rotors off, they may just come off really easily. If they're stuck, all you need is a 8mm bolt. The Allen key drive bolts are a bit silly.

Just don't use a good bolt (like the one that holds your caliper to the bracket) as you'll likely screw up the threads. Get a couple cheapies from the local hardware store so you don't feel bad if you screw the threads up. Friend of mine used his caliper bolts and had to delay bolting everything back together until he could get new ones.....

Caliper bolts are alot bigger than 8mm... more like 12-14mm

I need a new stud and lugnut. Both are stripped. So this is an easy fix? I thought I was gonna have to take the hub off.
Lesson learned for me: Always use your hand and no tool to start the lugnut onto the stud....THEN use a torque wrench
I was using an ratchet extension and socket to start the lugnut and I think thats how I stripped it.
