If you would like to know more about the cars and their modifications, go to our web site (http://www.fastwrx.com/dynoday61105.html), where I've put most of what I know about them.

funny thing is that is the epitome of what you call a ricer fly-by at HIGH rpms. It would take that car years to get to power to make 200 whp AFTER 6k rpms. By that time, a NA car or a Subaru would already pulled away from a stop. This civic would be best as a rolling start/road race car that never sees below 6k rpms. That is the only time when the car will shine.

Is that a SRT-4 (Neon) in the post #3, first red car? 270/280 at the wheels is very respectable. Must be heavily modded.

just looked at linked web page. says, Stage 1 ECU, 2.5" cat-back, IC pipe, intake

hard to believe you get that much oomph with a Stage 1 setup. Hate to see a full Stage 2 run. I guess the SRT-4 is t%e Fa$t@r!

SRT's are very strong and respond well to mods. Here's another SRT-4 we dyno'ed recently...

It's got a 60-trim T3/T4 turbo, and was running 100 octane fuel and around 24 psi of boost.
