Count me in. Been wanting to meet other owners, plus I'd like to know what kinds of mods your business has been doing a la the Legacy.

I would be more than willing to host the meet at my store. But we have to be respectful of my landlord and his business since we share a building. But I did ask him and he has given me the approval and would probably love to join in the meet.

No date or time has been set yet.
I will need to check with my landlord on what would be available as he does do some work on the weekends. Once I talk with him. I can post a date and time up. Does anyone have any preferences? Remember, we might be able to accomodate everyone's schedule but I will do the best I can to get a good date and time. I will post an update sometime later in the afternoon.

Count me in. My schedule is pretty flexible. I'm probably no more than an hour away, even during rush hour.

I have discussed a meet date with my landlord and he said that the 9th of July would work well for him as he will have finished up some projects by then. Let me know if this works. If it works well with people, then let us make the date official then. :)
Thanks,
Gary

I would be interested in attending. I just recently have picked up a new 05 legacy GT sedan and would look forward to a chance at meeting other legacy owners in the area....

Cool, the more the merrier. We are hoping to have our Legacy finished up soon. We just recently finished up some R&D on some upcoming performance packages. I will also probably be giving rides to those that wish to feel what our tuned Legacy feels like.
Thanks,

Update:
My landlord would like to ask that we postpone our meet until sometime in late Auguast as he called me today telling me that the weekend of the July 9th is no good for him as he will be at laguna seca for an event. I am sorry if this has inconvenienced anyone.
I would still like to get a meet together and meet all of the Legacy owners. He is also planning to have his dyno setup by then and would like to show case it. But he is just unsure about putting in an AWD dyno as so far he has had no need for one. I am trying to convince him to get one but for sure he is going to have a 2WD dyno.
Thanks,
Gary

After constantly nagging my installer about having a meet at the shop, we have finally come to an agreement on the date for this South Bay Meet. :)
The date that we have set is September 3rd. We have marked our calendars to hold this meet and we are both excited about meeting all the Bay Area Legacy owners who come out. Hope to see you all there. This is a date that is set in stone and wil not change. So mark your calendars.
We will be having some soda and chips. Also, we will be having some cars on display as well. I will also be having a sale on some parts such as gauges, springs, silicon hoses and maybe some OEM items like oil filters.
I will be announcing the meet time sometime in the next couple of weeks, but more than likely it will probably be in the late morning and extend through the afternoon.
Hope to see you all there.:)

Gary

Sounds great Gary! Too bad I can't be there, but I bet it will definitely be something everyone has to attend. I went to the SoCal Fun Run down here a few months ago (I flew down just for it  ) and it was a blast.

I am planning on more meets in the future I am just trying to work out some dates with my installer and such. So if you are unable to make this one it is alright. If you know other Subaru owners are welcome as well.:) Perhaps I will try and have like a monthly meet if a lot of people are interested.

Someone at the meet was asking me for the steering column gauge pod on when they were coming in and I wanted to let him know that I have the pods and pictures are up on my website.
Anyone up for another meet? :)
