Hello,

I'm a 22 year old American Indian(Sioux) that's heavy into just about everything. Racing, Cars in General, Cooking, Drumming, Music, Computers, Linux, Programming, Video Gaming, Anime, Conventions, College, Ladies etc etc....

Right now I have a 00 Camaro with a boat load of suspension mods for Auto X and Road Course. I will soon be in the Air Force and I will trade it in on an 05 or 06 Legacy GT depending on how long my ATI takes. I plan on having an FMIC and swapping for a regular hood without the scoop. Lowered just a tad and mod for at least 300/300 hp/tq. No, I don't need more than that.

The 2007 Camaro will be the racer and the Legacy will be my Daily Driver/Winter Vehicle(Camaro hibernates) that WILL NOT be beaten by ricers.

Thanks for looking.

Welcome to the Forum. :D I've had my Legacy for almost two weeks and I love it. Is your Camaro an SS?

Welcome Shadow Dragon to our little corner of the internet. :)

To reach your 300/300 goals I doubt you are really going to have to do much more than a turbo-back exhaust and an ECU reflash if results from the Forester XT are any indication.

The intercooler setup the GT uses is supposed to be rather efficient and as of right now, I don't know of anyone making FMIC's for the new Legacy, heck I don't think many (other than one-off's) were made for the old twin-turbo foreign models. If it's all for looks, that's fine, I'm just letting you know the setup on there should be more than adequate for your desired power level. But as I tell everyone, to each their own. :)

Got any pics of the '07 Comaro or mockups yet?

My Camaro is the 3.8 V6 not a 1/4 contender, but I DO know how to drive. ;) So I've beaten a couple Z28s and one of the SS cars(all were new to the cars, but are now learning how to put the power to the ground.

My mods: FTRA, K&N, whisper lid, !MAF Screen, HPP3, Dynomax Ultraflo SS, dual/dual tips, 32/19 sways, 1LE endlinks, STB, Random Tech adj torque arm, LS1 alum. driveshaft, LCA's, PHR, 17x8 with Falkens(Z rated any other time).

Here's the article for the 07 Camaro:(it takes awhile to load) http://njsr.org/pics/albums/userpics/07%20Camaro%20art.jpg

2 Pictures that the 07 Camaro design team will most likely be working with:

I'm wanting to do the FMIC strictly for looks. I really don't like hood scoops unless it's a SS Camaro. ;)

Heh, the new one is going retro like the Stang, for some odd reason, Chevy looks to be doing a better job representing that image than Ford by those concept images.

Have you seen the new GT in person? I like the scoops, but that's just me. Not boystrous like the WRX and STi, but a bit more grown up. Heh, they are there for a reason, not like some Toyota Rav4's.

Ah, they are doing what I've been hoping for years: a neo-retro Camaro, styled like the '67-'68. Beautiful!
