Silver GT with a spoiler. Mid town Sacramento, along Alhambra, near Starbucks. I see it every morning on my way to work parked along the street.

I bought my GT in July, and finally today saw another GT on the road. A black sedan unmodified (still had "Stevens Creek" liscense plate frames on it. poor guy :) ) Northeast bound on McKey Road in San Jose. I didn't notice it untill after I was sitting behind him for about a minute at a stoplight.

Driving home from dinner, around 7pm, I saw a white Legacy GT with tinted windows on Calvine Road heading west. Because I seldom see other LGT's and I was driving the Honda Pilot, I thought my car got stolen; until I saw the spoiler (mind doesn't have one). I didn't want to honk or wave and have them think I'm a maniac.

Alright, I was on the Bay Bridge (heading out of SF) this morning around 9:15-9:30, I saw a Silver LGT wagon with a lowered suspension. There was a young asian man driving it with a Yankees hat on. well there's meets in natomas every saturday, but i believe there is also a meet at krispy creme on laguna ever first and third monday of every month at 7.... but I haven't been to a natomas meet lately cause i get off at 6, and worry about no one being there by the time i get all the way to natomas. but the last time i was at a natomas meet i was the only lgt there...

and i believe i saw a black lgt wagon on power inn and calvine today... was dark so not even very sure if it was a subaru...

Well, I finally spotted my first non-Outback 2005 Legacy of any kind since I bought mine 4 weeks ago. It was a silver 2005 2.5GT non-limited Legacy wagon, turning east on Maude from northbound Mary Ave. in Sunnyvale around 1:05pm today. I don't know what kind of tranny it had, but if it was MT then it was nearly an exact copy of mine. Cool. :cool:


And, on a separate note:

Tuesday, 5 July, 6:00 pm. I saw a brand new blue Legacy GT wagon on El Camino in Sunnyvale. The driver honked at me and I honked back.That's freaky - I was in that area at nearly the exact same time. You almost saw two blue Legacy GT wagons. :rolleyes:

I saw my first non-Outback '05 Legacy just recently, as well. On July 4, a black (maybe blue?) Legacy Wagon heading north on 101 exited at Redwood Shores/Ralston at around 3:15pm.

I'm driving a silver 2005 2.5GT non-limited Legacy wagon with STS, but have yet to see any other Legacy models on the road. Only a few '05 Outbacks. Then again, my daily commute is light, so I guess my chances are less -- I go against traffic on 85 between Grant/El Camino and Bernal.

You are correct, I was not in the Mazda 6. I was, however, directly behind it in my Legacy. I was thinking about trying to get up next to you in the left lane and waving hello, but after I saw you turning right I just decided to stay put.

I work about one block farther down Mary, more or less across from the post office, so I'm in the area often. Maybe we'll see each other on the road of these times again soon.

I was picking up my car from the leather shop in Hayward today, and I saw a black Legacy Gt with tinted windows on Hisperian blvd taking 92 towards San Jose. I was in my friend's Jetta:( , so I didn't feel like waving or trying to get driver's attention some other way. I picked up my Leggy 20 minutes later, I wish I was in it when I saw another Gt. I would've honked if the cop wasn't right next to me and I would've stopped if I didn't have my mom and brother in the car with me.

No drop on the car, just 3 people in the car, with me being the heaviest at 200lbs. You're actually the 3rd person who thought my car was dropped. My uncle was eyeing my car and he was telling me that the car was nicely lowered. He asked me about the warranty being voided, I told him that the car came from the factory lowered :) .

I'm not going to the Mt Hamilton meet on Sunday, but will be in the San Jose and Stanford area. Hopefully I'll see a caravan on the way there.

It took a second for me to realize that you were behind me. At first glance, I thought it was an Impreza back there... except the headlights weren't quite right... and the hood scoop was too small... About 2 seconds later, my brain registered the fact that it was actually a 2005 Legacy GT, which is why I did a double-take. :)

Anyways, ochem.. I'm finally done with it!! Didn't do so hot though :(. I had a hard teacher and I should've waited for an easier one because I had her for three quarters. I was just too focused on finishing that I worried about that more than my grade :(.

So yeah, are you an undergraduate here? What year? Major? Where do you stay? Haha, sorry for all the questions.

I graduated in 99 with one of the most useless degrees, I'm now qualified to BS psychology. Went and got a second degree over at Sac State in mechanical engineering. Much more useful and pays a lot better than psychology. Due to my really cheap rent, I still live in Davis, despite driving to Nevada City everyday to work.

O chem was a nightmare for me. I took 118A with Nantz. He failed 1/3 of the class and I was among one of them. Took that class again and the rest of the series with other professors and did a lot better.

So I have a twin in UC. I'm in Niles and travel through UC to work in Hayward. I've seen only one other ABP wagon in Fremont. Currently I'm sporting a roof rack with two bike attachments. I'll keep an eye out for you.

It's 1 hr 15 minutes each way because it's the reverse commute. Most people commute from Grass Valley to Sacramento which takes about 2 hours due to stop and go traffic from Roseville all the way into Sacramento. Rent in Nevada City/Grass Valley is way more expensive than my current rent + gas. Placer County has the highest pricing increases in the area at over 30% per year.

Saw a silver 1999 Legacy GT sedan in Santa Clara, heading northbound on Benton near Lafayette. It had aftermarket gunmetal rims but I didn't get a good look at the make.

Anyway, he was waiting at a stoplight to cross Lafayette and I was making a right turn next to him. We both waved at each other before I took off. It was great seeing an "older" model Legacy in such good shape. Very nice ride.

Someone my age driving it (~20 ish). I was in an old, old Accord and I looked over, but didn't get to give a thumbs up because you fell back. You looked at me though. Was that you LzyKid??

Tinted windows, I'm thinking 30% back 5 and 50% fronts. It looked stock aside from the tint but you never know. I tried to unlock my car as you were driving by but I was too far away. The car was definately lowered, had aftermarket exhaust and tint. Since I only saw it from the rear, I'm not sure if it had aftermarket wheels. Three out of four isn't bad, so the probability of being yours is very likely.

my fronts are pretty dark, at night you cannot see me inside, so it think like 20% front/15% back. the biggest thing is that my insurance is going to go up, and for how much the fine is going to be, i could have put more mods on the car.

I can't remember the places and times for these - White GT sedan (stock) I think heading N on 99 in South Sac, Silver 2.5i somewhere downtown Sac, and ABP wagon in the afternoon Wednesday or Thursday somewhere downtown Sac.
