Sylvania 'Xtra vision' H7 headlamps pulled from service after about 7 months of use. Both globes were cleaned with denatured alcohol before installation, and I did not touch the glass when installing them.

I ordered new bulbs because of sharply decreased performance, and this is what I found when I pulled them out.
